CityLux sends text messages to customers, subcontractors, and crew members who have provided their mobile number to us for a project. Messages relate to that work only and include:

• Job scheduling, such as start dates, confirmations, and changes

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies depending on the number and stage of your active projects.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details of your plan.

Opting out

You can reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To start receiving messages again, reply START.

Carriers and privacy

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Information you share by text is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
